I've finished tracking those two meetings:

157254749 was set as a recurring meeting, but someone with your Organizer password changed the type to a scheduled meeting on the 28th of June. After 30 days, we send all meetings to History, so that would explain why it was removed from availability.

262311405 is still an active recurring meeting that you may utilize today if you need to.

What is happening is that the original ID is expiring so we set-up another meeting, get a new ID and then that one expires after 2 uses or so then the original meeting minute starts to work again. So confusing.

Hi Lania,
Sorry, were you specifically using GoToMeeting? You reference GoToMyPC in this post, so I wanted to be certain.

GoToMeeting recurring IDs don't ever expire. If you have one that has done so, you can post the past ID here so we can see how it was scheduled.
