GoToMyPC access for users in China is not being restricted at this time.

Currently access from China is being restricted. We are allowing specific IP addresses after verifying accounts. Does your sales person operate from a fixed location? Can you have him provide his public IP address (google how to find this), and email it and the email address for your GoToMyPC account to gotoservice@citrixonline.com

Our computers running the GoToMyPC host software are set in China, and we would login these computers globally. Now we are not able to access GoToMyPC website in china and all these host computer set in china are disconnected from the server. Please advise how to solve this.

Thank you for the information. I talked to him and he is only there this week and figured he would muddle through on his phone and call the office if he needed anything particular.

I have been using Gotomypc from China for many years, but since last Saturday June 18, 2016, I am unable to use the Shortcut icon, then I try to log in to the web site www.gotomypc.com; however, the web site is unable to get thru, IE showing “This page can’t be displayed”. I had tried using Chrome, Firefox, Opera, they all cannot get into the web site. I had tried other U.S. web site such as eBay, Walmart, Target, these web site are able to get in.
Therefore, I am unable to sign in or log in to my remote desktop in Hong Kong.
The network I am using works fine for many years, and I have been using Gotomypc every week in China, then remote desktop in Hong Kong. It works well in the past, only after June 18, 2016, where I also receive the change password notice couple days ago.
Is there anyone can help me for this issue?

I have a salesman in China and he can't connect either. Can you tell me what's going on?

I think it may be internet/network issue. I can surf the internet easily/quickly but gotomypc can't be accessed and my mac mail program is taking forever to open emails. Strange, because web surfing to other sites is working well. Just issues with mail and can't get to gotomypc. Typically both occur. I can't even open the note you sent me. It just keeps loading. on my phone and computer.

I am in China using a Macbook and I can't even get to the website. It worked on the way over but now I can't get anywhere...

we currently have someone in China trying to connect to us in the US, and she cannot even get to the GoToMyPc website.....
