Question regarding Log on/Log off logs

For auditing purposes, I need to know what the various tags in the logs mean to determine when the user actually logged on or off.

The full entry for this time is:

2014-04-17 11:04:39.979 PST d: [g2svc] <Loader> WTS_CONSOLE_DISCONNECT message received. Session id = 2

What I need to know is:
What does WTS_CONSOLE mean?
What does WTS_REMOTE mean?
What is the difference between Session ids such as 1,2,3 ect...

I see many MANY log on and offs a day and I'm trying to figure out which ones are legitimate?

Hi,

I need more detailed information. All I see is the MAC address in the "Activity Detail Report". I also can not see the Radius setup option. I am wonder if I have the proper "Trial Package" to fully test the software.

There is no logout login actitivty, simply connection details.

Please advise.

Have you considered checking your access history for each Host computer on your account?

Login at www.gotomypc.com
Click My Computers
Click Access Activity
Enter a Date Range
Click View Access Activity
