@DROSE Sorry, we don't have any updates to share at this time. Have you tried using a smaller window frame that exactly fits the Host display, to avoid the auto-scroll function? This works for me when my client screens don't fit exactly the host parameters.
Hi I would like an update on this...I see people were complaining about it 8 years ago, has anything been released to lock the window and only scroll manually?
Awful product support
First complaint about this HUGE problem in an otherwise decent product.
I WASTE at least 10 minutes everyday with monitor "scrolling" issues. My customers all have 3 monitors and most mix it up between portrait and landscape.
This product is far more annoying than useful when I have to deal with multiple monitors (AKA EVERY CALL).
You first hear about this complaint in 2012.... and you've done NOTHING about it. Great support for a product that is $1200 annually.
Hi,I've emailed the product team and asked them to review this request again and work it into their development schedule.
Scrolling is activated when:You hold down a left click and move your cursor toward the edge of the current monitor toward your next monitor
Any update on this ? The ideal solution for me would be to click on the little green symbol on the right to jump to that screen and then on the left one to go back. The auto scroll has me swearing so many times during a session as it always seems to trigger...
Please fix it.....
This is VERY annoying for me. I only have one monitor in use & it really bugs me to have the stupid thing start moving every time I get too close to either side. This really need to be fixed.
Otherwise, I love GoToMyPC. I am able to remotely connect to a computer in NY from Texas and get invoicing done & mailed. I can also access everything on that computer if I need to research information that I stored on it.
