Unable to register computer

I am trying register a new computer, when I login from the browser it logs in fine, but when I try to login from the gotomypc software it says login does not match password.

I called support, and they told me to uninstall and then reinstall and that did the trick.

Has this Host computer ever had GoToMyPC before?
Have you tried a fresh re-install to see if your credentials are accepted?
