Hi!
I am very excited to announce that we will soon be relaunching our GoToMyPC community!

We will be migrating all of our community content into the existing LogMeIn Community, which will be getting a fresh design and new features for you to enjoy! We hope this move will make it easier for you to find the answers you need and get the most out of our products and services.

Hi,

We are beginning our migration process (which will take a few days to complete), new community member accounts created between now and the completion of the migration will need to be created on in the new community. We will continue to respond and answer questions here during the migration.

I wanted to share with you a sneak peak at the new community design we will be moving to soon. While we will be moving to a larger community that consists of all of the LogMeIn products, each will still retain their own unique space.

In the new community it will be easier than ever to find discussions and news about what is currently trending with your products and fellow community members. We will also be highlighting you and your contributions.

Here is what you need to know:

How do I access the new community? If you are a current GoToMyPC Community member, you will be prompted to create a new password when you sign in. Your current username and login email will still work in the updated LogMeIn Community.

What happens to my posts?

We will be taking this opportunity to tidy up and archive some of the older topics but, do not to worry, we are migrating over all of the current community topics especially your product Ideas.

What should I expect during the update? Our current communities will remain open and available while we are in the migration stage, once that work is complete they will be put in to read only mode and all community links will point to the new LogMeIn community.

When is this happening?

The migration will be happening in the coming weeks, we are finalizing the details currently. As I mentioned, the existing community will continue to function until we are ready to switch, so you will not experience any loss of support.

How can I help?

We are looking for community members who would be willing to step up and assist us in making the transition as easy as possible for our new members.

We are looking for members who can:

   - Give us feedback on the experience so far - what is working, what is not, and what you are hearing from members.

   - Welcome new users- say hi and help them get used to the new community

   - Thank members for great content - give kudos, say thank you, any way you can show our members that their helpful posts are appreciated
