Is there a way to edit content of the email send to someone, who just joined the training?
Turning off this email would also bo acceptable. I could then send my own email with the link.
I need to modify the existing email template or create my own. What access level do I need? Where do I load my templates? Currently I do not see such options. Thank you.

GoToTraining Registrant Confirmation Emails go out automatically, unless you are developing your own email integrations with a web developer of your own.
You can however, disable Reminder and Followup Emails for GoToTraining as needed.
