It is definitely a GoToMyPC issue to do with a Microsoft Update that was installed....I have 50 PC's on GoToMyPC and I am getting calls everyday that someone can't connect and I have to RDP into their PC and force a restart via shutdown /i.
We are paying alot of money for this application and this needs to get resolved !! I have users (CEO's and CFO's) calling me saying this is a pain, and to make it MY priority to fix this !! That is why I am posting this and so that you can feel my frustation !!
