We have an iMac running macOS 10.12.6.
For some reason the connection keeps becoming "unavailable". Restarting the computer does nothing; it stays unavailable.
The application does appear to be running on the host because the GoToMyPC icon is sitting in the Mac menu bar. If I close the program from the menu bar and then manually run it again, the computer becomes available to connect to, but only for a few hours, and then it mysteriously becomes unavailable again.
It seems like maybe there's an issue with the background service on the host.
I have tried doing a 'check for updates', as well as removing the application and then re-installing from the GoToMyPC website, but these didn't resolve the issue.
