Issue starting or joining scheduled GoToTraining sessions.

We are currently experiencing a service issue that is preventing organizers from starting  scheduled GoToTraining sessions. We are working to correct this issue currently, please follow our Service Status page for updates: http://status.gotomeeting.com/

 

We are working to restore all future sessions, so they should not need to be rescheduled. Only immediate sessions are unavailable while we work to correct this issue. 

 

A workaround is available: New training sessions scheduled after 9:00 am PST  today and Train Now sessions will work correctly. You will need to send your attendees the new links to register and join.

Hi,

 

The GotoTraining service is fully operational and all affected sessions have been recovered. 
As a result some phone numbers were updated and we are recommending Organizers inform training participants in their invitation about the new phone numbers.
