My customer support experience and the results.

I spoke with 4 people at your company. Only one was helpful and empathetic to my issue and she was not even a part of the support team. She listened to my frustration and disappointment with the representatives I spoke with but at the end of the day all she could send me back to receive more of the rude and offensive, the likes of which I have never seen before in my career. My issue was never resolved. I have waisted more time on this issue than I care to. The only reason I am responding to this is that I hope someone will read this and raise alarm to fix this seemly support wide culture of disrespectful behavior toward the customer. I don’t care to give detained information. Figure the problems out yourselves. It’s all there, recorded, I hope. Someone who cares about this issue, who is not a part of this customer support division should listen to the phone calls and take action. You should follow the models of Geico, Lands’ End or the like. Your phone center service dysfunction can bring your business to its knees. I have already found another vender for the service you were providing me. My account will be closed within the next 36 hours. And I am likely to never mention go to my pc, logmein, or Citrix in a favorable light again. In fact, if asked I will advise to seek another provider and tell of my horrible experience. Goodbye Citrix! I hope forever.
