Windows 7 certificate errors connecting to Host

Rookie Admin here: I have several users with windows 7 machines (clients) who cannot connect to Hosts with GTMPC version 7.2. There are repeated certificate errors thrown, saying that it either can't find the cert, or that the wrong one is being used. If the user tries to connect to the same Host from a windows 10 machine (client) it connects just fine. We've tried pushing a mass update, but the machines that have version 7.2 on them won't accept the update.

Any advice?
