GoToMyPC unconfigured on MAC computer

Hi,

I'm trying to install GoToMyPC on a Mac computer to remote an other Mac computer. It displays unconfigured all the time and when I try to connect, I receive the below message :

Temporarily unable to connect to "DES-25223.local " for security reasons. Please try again in 30 seconds.

What should I do ?

Hi Amandine,

If I understand you correctly, you successfully registered your Mac OS host, and it appears on your My Computers list.

Sorry for the connection issues if this is the case. I wasn't aware of this issue recurring on a Mac host computer, so I would first reboot both the Client and Host before testing again.

If the issue persists, there could also be a network blockage that is stopping the final connection attempt for security reasons. In these instances, your IT group may be consulted, or you can check network settings yourself for traffic problems.
