When i move the mouse in Zoom mode the screen is moving

Customer wanted to know if there is a way to freeze the screen when the zoom mode (ex: 100%) is habilitated.

Wanted to be able to move the mouse when he zooms the screen and freeze the screen at same time avoid to move the maouse and screen goes with the mouse.

Hello Raquel,

GoToMyPC will naturally want to scroll in the direction of where the mouse is moving towards, when a client is zoomed into a desktop viewpoint. I'm sorry there is no way to disable this functionality while in zoom mode.
