LMein _ rescue moble IOS app 'logmein rescue' option not in pull down re:creen recording

when launching rescue + moble IOS app then enableing screen recording, I do not get the option to select 'LogMein Rescue' from the pulldown where it should be listed along with 'camera roll' it automatically goes to 'camera as no selection menu appears

Any help appreciated
