I tested GoToMyPC with company laptop at work in front of dual screen monitor host computer. Everything ran beautifully. I could scroll between both screens with the arrows. My icons are on the main monitor 1 and I could see all the icons, normal size. When I open up Outlook email, excel file, etc everything is great.
However, when I take the same company laptop home, I cannot see the option/arrow to view both monitors. Monitor 1 looks like only half the screen is showing and all the icons are enormous. When I open Outlook email I can't really see anything and it's insane to scroll to read a basic email. Everything seems "exploded" big.
I've tried adjusting down resolution on laptop even to point of using lowest resolution and not much help. I set both View and Preferences (Host) to "Scale to Fit".
I'm baffled that I need to make adjustments at home but not at work on the same laptop. The only difference I can think of is that my home internet is slower.
