I offer both live webinars and pre-recorded webinars, and the pre-recorded webinars are more popular, since registrants can choose a time to view the training that is convenient.
The registration page for both the live events and the pre-recorded webinars are identical, which is inappropriate for the pre-recorded webinars. Currently, when a registrant clicks on the link to register for a pre-recorded webinar, the registration page that comes up states: "This training is offered several times. Select the date and time that works best for you."
That statement is appropriate for the live events schedule, but is inappropriate for the pre-recorded webinar. The registration page also lists the date that my recording was made. In this case, the date is listed January 23, which is irrelevant to the registrant, since the page is to register for a pre-recorded session. Can this be corrected and tailored for those seeking a pre-recorded webinar, in order to convey the same professionalism to registrants as the live events? The link below will bring up the registration page for the pre-recorded webinars, so that you may see the irrelevant and confusing information for the registrant.

Secondly, is it possible to attach the test and evaluation tool to pre-recorded webinars? Again, my pre-recorded webinars are more popular than the live events, due to the varying work days and hours for those in my healthcare specialty, who typically complete their online continuing education on their days off. Many people in health care work on the weekends, evenings and nights, as well as on holidays, so the option to complete training on one's day off is necessary. The test and evaluation tool must be administered as a medical compliance requirement. Currently I must send out the test and evaluation tool via email to individual registrants for the pre-recorded webinars. If registrants of the pre-recorded webinars view the recording prior to reading my email about the attached test and evaluation tool, this frequently elicits emails from registrants who are inquiring about where the test and evaluation are. They are expecting them to be attached, and may not have read the email instruction about the test and evaluation tool. In health care, so many online courses for continuing education are pre-recorded, and only a very small percentage are live events.
Thank you.
