Log new session request when technician is offline

Hi.

When the technician is offline, we get an email to let us know someone is waiting for.

Could we get the custom fields in the email?

Could you log this to get it when technician go online again on console?

In custom fields we ask for customer license, name and company. We need to know whom is waiting for support. If the session is closed by user before we login into console, we lost all that information.

I agree with everyone above...but how about a text message alert with a cell phone number input...some of us have pull emails that synch and they can't synch every minute without killing your battery.....text message would be better for anyone without a blackberry...

I second this request for some type of integration into the main console of requests made while technicians are offline. Or even just the notification email with custom fields.

I too would like to have this feature.

Clients now click on the calling card and if I'm away from my computer, say in my car, it get the email notification on my Blackberry but I have no idea who needs help. They think I'm ignoring them or that the LogMeIn system isn't working. I have to tell them I'm sorry and explain that I don't get the info to respond with a phone call.

The calling card with email notification is a great feature. Clients are starting to use it like the Bat Phone /Bat Signal.

If you could add this feature it would be great.

I think this is a valid request and I will speak to development. In the mean time, you can always log in as an administrator, run a report on Missed Sessions and get the information from there as the fields you have on your webpage for channel support are passed through to the Tech Console and logged.
