I have been a customer for several years. I only used Logmein to help my 87 year old mother with her computer since I lived 800 miles away. My subscription auto-renewed in December 2017. I used it very little if at all between Dec 2017 and early Feb 2018 because my mother was terminally ill and not using her computer. She passed away 2/19/18. Logmein should be able to see that my account and the remote computer were used very little if at all during that time period. I asked for a pro-rated refund and to cancel my account. The answer was no to the refund but yes to cancelling my account Dec 2018. Of course I have not reason to use that account between now and Dec 2018. I was very disappointed in the uncaring attitude of this company. When logmein dies, don't expect tears from me or a sympathy card. I'm just sad I gave money over the years to a company with no heart.
