Visited Gotomypc and prices advertised are $20 one computer access.

  Ran a trial version and tried to buy the product after the trial was over.  I was unable to select the $20/month plan and my only option was the more expensive $23.95/month plan falsely advertised on the site at $23/month.

  Called support (what a joke) and submitted an email with no response.

I'm very sorry to hear about the experience you had with support.  I located your account and can see that you have received email replies at this point.  I also see what happened with the phone call and am giving feedback to their manager so that does not happen again.

 

To clarify the pricing as it can be seen from the purchase page, a 1 pc personal planned that is billed month to month would be $23.95/mo.  Going with the annual plan gives you a bit of a discount, however it does want full payment for the year up front.  That cost would be $229.92 for the year, which works out to $19.16 per month of service given.
