Hi. I have a GoToMyPC issue on a remote Win7 computer. The GoToMyPC host does not start automatically and the service stops when I switch user (log off). Delaying the start-up of the service has not helped. Help would be appreciated. Thanks.
If you've confirmed GoToMyPC build 2220 or higher is currently running on the problem PC, and that setting to 'Delayed Start' has no effect, then we'd likely want to gather log files from the Host so we can see what's happening at startup. Please give us a call in order to gather this information from your PC.

Yes, GoToMyPC used to work fine up to a number of months ago. Then suddenly the host became unreachable after logging off as user on the host machine. LogMeIn was a good alternative until it got way too expensive for us.
The service is set to start automatically and I've reinstalled the program a number of times now.

Did this functionality used to work previously with the problem Host?
If you've already confirmed that the Windows Host Preferences has 'Start GoToMyPC' set to Automatically checked, then I would try a reinstall at the Host location next.
