Windows won't maximize in GoToMyPC

When I access my computer remotely via GoToMyPC, the windows will not maximize.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

The only notable change is having an additional monitor added to my system......

Hi there,

If you're client PC is running Windows OS, have you tried holding Shift + Clicking Maximize?

If this is your Host computer, could you specify what programs will not maximize?
