After providing the access code, the screen gets stuck to that window and doesn't respond as shown in the screen shots. It's been four days and nothing could help solving this issue.

Since the problem began, have you been able to check your Host computer status? If your connection attempt fails from all locations, I would next suggest rebooting the Host computer to see if this helps the remote access.
