I have a problem with a mac book air not being able to connect to the host computer using Go To My Pc. I can use the same mac book to log into another GTMPC account on another host computer and I can use a different device to log into the problem host computer, so I know that the setting on the host are okay and I know that the mac book works okay, but I still have the problem. I can't use this mac book to log into one specific host computor. I have spent hours on the phone with the GTMPC helpline and uninstalled and re-installed the software on the host computer but it still doesn't work.
