You are running a Beta operating system on your computer, so there is no guarantee that anything will work. Can you reinstall High Sierra, the latest stable operating system?
I apologize for the difficulty. Unfortunately we cannot support new operating systems until they have been fully adopted / supported by the developers themselves. Usually the time line is a couple of weeks after the full release date of a new OS before our services will be fully compatible.
In the meantime, do you have any colleagues that may be able to assist you with hosting? Once the GoToWebinar is up and running, you can join from a mobile device and dial into the audio conference.
