Share recording with other organiser/panelist

Hi,

Is it possible to share the recordings under My Recordings (the ones stored under My Recordings, not the ones saved on my computer) with another GTW user from my company so they can use it for their next Simulated Webinar.

I understand I could download it, give it to them and they could upload it under their instance but the live polls wouldn't work in this case.

Hi,

With GoToWebinar's Simulated Live scheduling option, if you manually upload your own past webinar recording, the triggers for polling would be lost unfortunately.

You could probably recreate it if you broke up the video recording into pre-poll, post-poll segments, and recreated those polls on a newly scheduled webinar, then timed the videos to play at the front and back ends of those live polls.
