Attendee reports

Hi!
I had a session a week ago, and there is a few persons that says that they was at the session but I can't find them in the reports.

I would like to know please if there is a known bug about this issue.

Hi Hilao,

If your attendees die not successfully join the live broadcast via computer or mobile app, then they would not appear on the Attendee report. The list of people that will not appear on Attendee Reports also includes phone-only attendance and Registrants that never joined.
