How should I respond to a client who says: I tried to attend a previous webinar put on by you organization, but couldn’t see the visuals due to compatibility issue with my web browser. I was able to listen via the phone line. I just registered for the one below and re-ran the compatibility test since we made some recent upgrades here at my company. I get the following error with both internet explorer and Firefox. Funny thing is when I check the versions of IE and Firefox I have they meet the compatibility requirements. I checked with our IT department and they thought it might be settings on your end. Any ideas?
