We have been seeing issues with some of our webinar registrants suddenly not receiving their reminder emails for the webinar.
It typically starts with the registrant having no issues, and then suddenly they stop receiving all emails. I get a new person contacting me about once every 2 weeks saying they aren't receiving the emails.
I have told them to check their junk and spam folders, and some have even contacted their email providers to be sure no spam filters had been altered. I have also tried canceling their registration and re-registering them. Nothing seems to work.
