Problem with access Webinars

Hi, I've had an account but I needed to change my payment. After I change my credicard, I've tried to start new webinar and access my past webinars too, but the page doesn't change. It charges, but keeps in the same screen. My Plan is Go to Webinar Pro, but I'm not getting create my webinars. Does anybody help me, please? Thank you.

I looked up your login in our systems, and the subscription does look active.

Have you tried accessing your GoToWebinar account in an alternate web browser?
