Is it possible to disable the reminder emails by default?
I know it is possible to disable them when I create training events, but can I exclude them by default?

If you mean can the GoToTraining Email communication system be disabled completely, by default?
While there isn't a way to do this with the GoToTraining system, you can copy past trainings where many preferences carry over.
Alternatively, those companies with web developers are welcome to use GoToTraining APIs to integrate with their own Email system.

A nice suggestion I follow your step because I have also faced these kinds of problem when I using the Hotmail service then I concern with the mail support team executive that is the easy process to talk to the executive just need to dial Hotmail Support Number, I think you can also consult the support team for the solution.
Re-using existing training events is the solution I adopted. Thank you.
