There are two known issue related to the Rescue Mac Applet when used under the new macOS Mojave (10.14):- After a reboot of the customer’s device, the customer needs to enter their OS credentials even when the Applet is running in Mac Daemon mode.- MacOS Mojave notifies users that the Rescue Applet is not optimized for the latest macOS version.Both issues are expected to be solved by the 64-bit rescue Applet version to be released soon for Beta testing.
Hello @Shyamsm !Currently the 64 Applet is only available on our Beta site. You should enter the PIN code on this site:https://beta.logmeinrescue.com/Customer/Code.aspxThe QA has found some minor bugs in the applet and I cannot tell any exact ETA yet, but I would say soon.
