After Installing update 1809 fron Microsoft the logmein console does not start anymore
Hello sbouchard!I think you should uninstall the Tech Console and reinstall it from our Beta site. Because the current Live version of the Technician Console will crash before it has a chance to install the update.
How to uninstall the Rescue TC from the browsers

Was this PC upgraded to Windows 10 from an older OS?
Yes without luck. Uninstall and re-install.
@sbouchard Have you already tried a full re-install of the Rescue software?
