Problems connecting to Windows 10 machine behind http proxy

After upgrading machines to Windows 10 connecting only works for the first time after installing GoToMyPc. Machines are behind a proxy server. Windows 7 had no problems in the same network. Tried Windows 10 1709 and 1809, same problem. When I put the machine in a different netwerk without proxy. Problem is gone.

So it is a Windows 10 / Proxy combination problem. Does someone have a good tip or idea?
