How To Downgrade GoToWebinar Version?

One of my employees upgraded her version of GoToWebinar accidentally and my company doesn't have any templates for the newer version of G2W. So I need help with getting her version downgraded to what everyone else in my company uses.

Is there a support email address to use to get assistance with this?

I don't fully comprehend how your template would conflict with a GoTo software version. Could you elaborate on this part a little bit more?

(It is extremely rare that one user of an entire group would have their software version changed without everyone else)

Yeah everyone in our Org is on the same plan. Either just G2M, or G2M and G2W.

It only matters because she is one of our sales reps and we have a marketing campaign template she needs to follow for presentations and demos, which don't work under the version she is on.

Currently she is using G2W on the web only because of this. I'd like to remedy this for her if at all possible.

@Jump_Ace Are all the members of your organization on the same GoTo account?

We roll out upgrades for GoToWebinar pretty frequently to fix common issues. Downgrades are only used to deal with specific conflicts in most cases...
