2 things, last weeks webinar issue and what's the deal with this G2 pop up

Last week during our webinar, two of the admin's had the same audio connection. So when one organizer muted themselves it muted the other. At first you'd think they both were using the same audio access information but that isn't the case.

Also, what's this pop up I get every day with some G2Ml .... something. appears around 4 times then it's gone until the following day.,, this has probably been discussed on this forum but I couldn't find it.

@Ken4 That could be a local system problem. Have you already tried uninstalling / reinstalling everything 'GoTo'?

I'll see if the audio issue comes up again. For the pop up, I'll get a screen shot of it next time but this is what it references to G2Mlnstaller

Maybe this isn't a GoTo pop up. Not sure why I think it was. Thanks

@Ken4 That's definintely a weird experience. If both the staff members were connecting on their own from different PCs with their own unique join links, that should never happen (shared muting controls). Let us know if that happens again, so we may file a case with you in Customer Support (we'd need some log files from the affected staff members to interpret).

Do you have a screen shot of said pop-up by chance so we know what we're dealing with? I.e. Marketing offer Vs. Useful help-tips.
