I tried to log in from China using gotomypc, to my Hong Kong PC, but seems no luck and no access or no respond, is this an issue?
It's not working these couple months already, I guess it's time for me to say good bye with gotomypc.
@gonespeed If GoToMyPC used to work for you before, and you have anyone at the problem Host computer that won't connect, you can run a trace to 'poll.gotomypc.com' to see what the path looks like, noting any packet loss points and/or longer connection times.
I am in Dongguan area, close to shenzhen China. I using China Telecom.I use my desktop PC to connect to my Hong Kong desktop PC.I logged into gotomypc.com, logged in and press "Connect" to my HK PC.Then launch Gotopener, downloaded and opened.
Then it said " hjost computer to connect" then just keep running and no response.
please help

Can you please provide some more details? Are you clicking on the connect button and it tries to connect but eventually times out? What kind of network are you on?
