Up until now, I had 2 screens at work and 2 at home. I was able to extend gotomypc to the 2nd screen at home. I just added a 3rd screen at home, that I don't want gotomypc to touch. But it keeps automatically extending it to all 3 at home.
Thanks anyway. Just figured out a workaround. I setup the 3rd screen as being on top of the other 2. Not next to them. When I do shift and maximize it doesn't touch the 3rd screen.
