When I'm on a remote session with a customer, whether it be attended or unattended, there are certain things I can not do because my keyboard and mouse get disabled. For example, I need to launch Task Manager to find a process and check out it's Wait Chain. Once I launch Task Manager I can't do anything else on the remote computer until the end-user either closes it or I talk them through doing the stuff which I should be able to do through GotoAssist. This makes it very difficult to perform some of the tasks I do for customers, especially when I login to an Unattended Support session and there's nobody on the other end. I've had to leave a session until the next morning when someone shows up to do the pointing an clicking, which interrupts their day and negates the whole reason for Unattended Support. Is there a setting I need to change on one end or the other?
