we are Kyoto Club, a non-profit from Italy. We need help for the following issue:
To satisfy new professional requirements, we bought a new camera Canon Legria HF G26 – a recent model released at the end of 2018 – with CAM LINK Elgato. When connecting it, both GoToMeeting and GoToWebinar recognize CAM LINK, the microphone works but the video does not: it appears a loading loop and the video is not available.
To test if the issue was related to our PC and devices, we tried to use the same camera with Skype and with YouTube streaming – with the Open Broadcaster Software: everything works, both the microphone and the video.
As additional testing, we tried to connect an older version of the same camera – Canon Legria HF G25 with CAM LINK Elgato: both GoToMeeting and GoToWebinar recognize it and both the microphone and the video work normally.
Is there anybody who could you please explain us how to use the new model – Canon Legria HF G26 – to have both audio and video working? Probably the new model's drivers have not been uploaded yet?
