I spoke to Cindy a help desk person today. I voiced my frustration with sceduling duplicate sessions (times vary) that include the same handout As a prior GotoTraining client, scheduling my sessions was so much easier. With GotoTraining I scheduled the initial event with the handout/material and then I simply duplicated the event, edited the time and repeated the simple process. The duplicate event always included the handout/material. With GotoWebinar the process for sceduling duplicate events is not efficient whatsoever, the process may be ok for someone that schedules 1-4 webinars a month but for our type of business it's a tedious and time consuming process. When I spoke to Cindy I went over my process, my hope was that she would offer information on something that would save me time unfortunately that was not the case. I would love my suggestion to be considered to improve GTW product. Thank you!
