GoToWebinar doesn't work with Win 10 S. Webinar Online (Instant Join App) doesn't work with Edge and it is not possible to install any other browser in Win 10 S -mode. Do You have advice how I get GoToWebinar working?

If you are running Windows in Safemode, then I'm afraid your options without running the desktop GoTo application will be severely limited, and may not work at all due to the low capacity which browsers operate in this mode.
