multiple monitor question

At work I have one monitor in landscape and 1 in portrait.

At home I have the same.

When I try to log on from home, I get the main monitor when I log in. Then I hold down shift and maximize the screen. The main monitor (landscape) is fine but the second portrait monitor is cut off about 2/3 the way down and shows my cleints screen in that area.

Any suggestions to get the full screen on the second monitor?

If both monitor setups are identical at both ends, then you should be able to maximize to mirror the Host onto the Client in full screen. I would try to visit your client PC manufacturer's website to see if there are any video driver updates available. After that, you can create a case with Customer Support by telephone so we may fully document both environments and escalate if needed.

My office set up is

#2monitor in Landscape #1 monitor in portrait #3 monitor in portrait (set to mirror #1)

Home set up

#1 monitor in landscape #2 monitor in portrait

All resolutions are same 1080 x 1920 for landscape and 1920 x 1080 portrait.

Are both PC setups using identical display properties, as well as keeping the same screen dimensions?
