I get a black screen. The menus are black (not grayed out) so I figured it was Trusteer.
But even when I disable Trusteer, I get the same black screen.

I have seen similar behavior with other apps / programs that do not like remote screen sharing. Let us know if the problem does not resolve itself after you remove Trusteer.
