This started happening frequently about a month or so ago. It especially happens after my computer has been asleep and it wakes up. I never have this issue on the app for my phone but it's happening multiple times per day on my computer. The only solution I've found is to restart. I'm restarting my computer 3-5 times a day and it's SUPER annoying. How do I fix this problem? I've tried the permissions tool, disabled my antivirus software and cleared my cookies. Nothing is working. Please help!

What model number and operating system is running on the Client when this error occurs?
Can you please confirm the GoToMyPC software version number installed currently on the Host?
Can you also specify what security /firewall applications are running in the background?
