My company has been using Gotomypc fairly heavily these past few days, and a number of users have reported that they occasionally have incidents when the Gotomypc window freezes, requiring them to kill the connection and log in again. Their host PC does not seem to be affected, just the gotomypc connection. One of the users says his sessions don't so much freeze as start lagging heavily after a few hours, requiring a reconnect, after which the sessions perform well for a few more hours.
Unfortunately I have not had any reports of error messages regarding packet loss or connections at one end or the other, or that'd make diagnosis easier. I can say that all of the users are, as far as I know, on cable internet or better, that all of the host machines are Windows 10 boxes with gigabit Ethernet connections and 16 gig of RAM, and that as far as I know, the affected users are on Windows 10 machines for their client connections.
Any ideas/suggestions?
