Multiple locations cannot connect to hosts

I have 3 people in another building that cannot log in to the machines that are in my office. Plus I cannot connect to these same computers, the gotomypc service is running on them and they are on the same switch as me. I can log into the website, go to the list of computers, press the connect button and then I get the "waiting for the client computer to connect..." popup, and that times out. The background webpage with the computers refreshes when that window pops up, but none show as "in session" and I never get the request for the host login passphrase. Eventually it times out.......

An agent finally got on the call, uninstalled and reinstalled twice on one of the host computers, rebooting between the second uninstall, no change, he hopped on my client computer and still had the same problem. I showed him the status page and he checked into that and agreed that gotomypc is having an outage and even though I have internet, and the host and client computers, (in my test case here, not my users), are on the same switch, it will and is affecting the access. Told me to watch the page:

I have to pc's on my account. I was logged in to one today and froze up. Ususally when this happens, I disconnect and log back in. Whenthis doesn't work, I usually reboot my client computer. I did both and neither worked. The wied thing is that I can log in to my account but when i click ont "connect" for eiter compute4r on my account, I can not cconnect. my internte is fine. So, I also tried to connebt fromt gotomypc on my ipad. I could not connect from there either which leads me to beleive there is some issue wih my account. I also tried logging in from my husbands PC as well. Our account does not expire until July. HELP!

All of our useres can not get in to their computers, by our IT's Dualmom works fine so it's not the firewall or our interenet.

I'm 12 minutes into the call..ugh.

Wish they would just have a site that shows services status, with updates...I wouldn't even bother calling then.

My users are in the same city as me in Oklahoma. Not sure if it is regional or not, but it is getting rough to connect to support, at current time, this support call is 55 minutes long, still no agent on the other end.

Same here. I got a call from 2 different clients that cannot connect. I tested one of them and am able to, but the other I cannot. I'm in Idaho and they are in LosAngeles. Could be a regional outage??

when i reset password i never get the email..? email address is correct.
