I have a user that is using his MAC Book to connect to his Windows 10 computer in the office through gotomypc. All of the office computers are running Carbon Black anti-virus. The Macbook is also running Carbon Black Anti-Virus. Once the user clicks on the connect button after logging into gotomypc nothing happens. If the Carbon Black is in bypass mode, the user is able to connect.
I can add a rule to allow the applicaion to run within the carbon black, but I don't work with MAC computers, so I need to know where thee program resides and the name of the program on the MAC guest machine to allow it the proper permissions in the anti-virus.
I can't find anything online for the name of launcher program especially for a MAC.
