Beginning on Tuesday, 4/7, I have left 3 messages about this (twice speaking with someone who said they were taking messages for Sales and said they would fill out a form with my information) and have called 5 times. Twice I sat the phone down and let it remain on hold for over 2 hours.
We are a customer. We have GoToMeeting, GoToAssist, and GoToMyPC.
We want to test GoToTraining. I realize that we can get a trial online but this is for 7 days. We need 14 days to test as we have a lot of users who need to look at it. That is the reason I've been trying to get through to someone; simply to approve a 14-day trial.
I'm deeply concerned with the response, as I wonder how quickly we could get help if we had a serious problem with one of the products, which, like everyone else, our business is depending on now more than ever.
