3D mouse over Gotomypc

Hello, we have a couple of CAD users using a 3D mouse and they would like to use it over Gotomypc connection.

They can use it successfully locally both at home and at work but not remote working with Gotomypc.

Any idea?

(The support is not reachable from cellar line (both the 800 number and the other for Italy aren not reachable))

Hello, we're using NVidia Quadro graphic cards and we can find no option to turn it off.

Anyway we have the same problem on all applications: the 3D mouse is not usable at all through GoToMyPc remote connection. Although it works correctly both on the host and on the client.

Hardware acceleration is not related to GoToMyPC but related to driver. You should be able to turn it off by following steps listed here : https://www.wikihow.com/Turn-Off-Hardware-Acceleration .

You can also try changing the same on system driver settings of CAD application you are facing issue with or say if you are using Nvidia graphis driver then even that will have this setting to turn it off.

the monitor is on but we can't find the option to disable hardware acceleration... where's it?

Try turning off hardware acceleration , and it should work. If only this change doesn't work, then make sure that host monitor is turned on.
